Dental Care
Dental hygiene is made up of brushing your teeth with toothpaste at least two times each day, flossing your teeth often, trying not to eat too many sweets that will rot your teeth and seeing your dentist for regular check-ups.
Sleep
Getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night. Will help your brain function better the next day at school.
Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a healthy meal will kick start your day!
Clean Hands
Washing your hands frequently will help avoid spreading germs and keep you from getting sick.
Bath Time
Take a bath at least once a day to keep a healthy body.
Exercise
Get plenty of exercise by walking, playing, or riding your bike.
