I believe all students can achieve success in Math with a little hard work and determination.

Parents, I encourage you to talk with your children every night about there math. We will have a math assignment almost everyday. They will begin them in class, but most of the time they will have homework. PRACTICE is essential in math.

Everything we do this year will involve the multiplication facts in some way. I cannot stress enough how much easier math can be if the students have their multiplication tables MEMORIZED. They can learn the concepts so much easier if they are not struggling with the multiplication facts. The only way to learn them is to drill and practice. I can provide flash cards for anyone who needs them at home. Please help you children learn these.
